All the extras are separate objects, so if you don't want the rain or puddles on the ground, or want to replace the lights, they can be unlinked and removed and won't leave behind any baked in shadows on the floors/roof/walls. (with exception to the columns that are linked to the walls/floor/roof/window)

All lighting in the apartment is made with SL lighting and not baked in shadows, meaning furniture you put out won't stick out like a sore thumb and will blend in instead.
