Two large open detailed levels with smaller side rooms, and a huge bathroom/hot tub room.
Main upper hall / "master bedroom" includes large artificial display window with customizable settings and multiple backgrounds. Side area features four sliding room dividers to customize the layout.
A massive open dungeon/basement area with high ceiling and secret access door. Big enough for a pool, a club, pet breeding, etc. Has four operational prisoner cells which rez separately and can be deleted for space.
Multiple bedroom sized rooms on the main middle floors, as well as a sealed-off teleport-access attic storage space.
Comes with two rez options:
Full version (283 LI) with lighting system, fireplaces, basement cells, rugs. Building rezzes in three main parts with lights and accessories rezzed as individual pieces so you can selectively delete what you do not wish to keep, or make copies for more.
"Unfurnished" (171 LI) which rezzes just the building without the accessories (and without the fireplace cutout on the lower main floor).
Lights, doors, curtains and fire settings can all be accessed using the touch-and-hold menu system. Click on an item to use it normally, or click and hold to bring up the advanced menu. Full instruction note for the access server system included if you want to further customize your setup and allow control to individual users.
Instructions:
1. Rez one of the rezzers
2. position it, click Rez from the rezzer menu, continue to adjust the rezzer position to move the building parts.
3. When satisfied with the building position, choose FINISH! from the rezzer menu and delete the rezzer or take it back into inventory.
4. Move the access server from the middle of the floor and tuck it away somewhere OR simply delete it if you do not need to grant device control access to additional avatars.
5. Reposition or delete the rug, lights, fireplaces etc as needed.
This is a large sealed skybox with no external access and rezzes around the rezzer, approximately the middle of the second floor. Rezzing in mid-air is strongly recommended and not on the ground.
