Large factory very grunge, very custom texture job, 60x60 meter footprint requires a standard 4096 sq. meter plot at minimum. Built as a role playing facility this structure can be used for many applications from a large shop to a mall, some even call it home.

I actually bought this 8 years ago but I didn't end up using it, but I am now.
You can half the land impact by changing the physics shape to convex hull, but you have to change anywhere you walk through to prim or else you can't walk through it.(Half circle entrances)
If you know a bit about building you can also cut down on some prims by taking some out and increasing the size of others of the same texture and just repeat the texture.
I am using it for a grunge club and shop and it works well for my needs.
