modern styled building looks weathered. Its 64x64meter footprint will max out a standard 4096 plot, but low prim enough to decorate it nicely, having only 262 prims. Scripted doors, balcony's throughout, grunge,industrial.
It's really great, but..
It's a great building, it truly is. Spacious and overall great design. However half of the value is lost in the fact there is *no* way to access the second floor, where the other half of the space is. Seriously, put in some stairs! I ended up moding it myself to access the second floor, but I really think that aspect should have been included as part of the build. I mean, there are working doors up there on the second floor, just no stairway.
