This is a beautiful, 2 story SkyHome that is great for a first time land owner. It can be used as a live in skybox or a home to live in at ground level. It has lockable doors w/ pass list so you can program it to only allow certain people to open the doors... and workable blinds that open and close! Also I made it copyable so you can place as many as you want all over your land for rental purposes. :)

(Furniture, Fireplaces, Kitchen Utilities, Bathroom Utilities, and house decor are NOT included in the sale!)

the dimensions are as follow:

Roof = 35x25m
Floor = 30x25m
Hight = 10m

I made it Mod so you can change the textures.
