Menu:
Styles: Changes the apartment walls, so you can change it acoording to your personal style. If you can't find one you like you can texturize it with your own textures, it is mod!
Radio: Changes the radio station, you can add more stations modifying the nc in the panel. Sometimes you'll have to add this to group.
Windows: Changes the window views.
Security: Sames as radio, sometimes you'll have to add that to group. You can add people to whitelist, blacklist...
Lights: Change your lights, intensity, on, off, romantic...
