Skybox Dome v3.1

Can be used for a living habitat. Door can be opened and closed by clicking on the door. 16, 32, and 64 meter versions are included.

* Lockable door.
* Change transparency of windows on inside of dome.
* Can change the outside color.
* Configurable access lists.
* Main menu is accessed by clicking on the blue sphere on the inside above the door.
* Additional settings can be configured using internal .Settings file.
