This is a low prim building only 23 prims but has 10 rooms and its own internal teleport system. It fits on a standard 16x32 plot (but with nothing to spare) - makes excellent skybox.
It has modify permissions so re-texture to your own tastes. However the upstairs rooms share the same walls - so what goes up - also goes down :)
Also please be careful doing this - Read the README file for advice
INSTALLATION
Rezz the main structure on your land and position so that it fits the plot.
Then move to the height required before fitting roof - See README file for advice.
TELEPORT SYSTEM
This is cunningly disguised as 2 bookcases - each should be set before putting on roof (README FILE)
DOOR
Owner may lock door by standing fairly close to it and saying
'lock' similarly 'unlock' will unlock it.
Touching it or saying 'open' will open it. (auto closes after 2 mins)
Touch it again to close immediately.
You may re-texture the door by using edit - select texture.
as with all re-texturing, take it slowly making sure that you are certain that you have selected the correct surface.
