All skyplatforms are Modify and Copy to allow for those "SL™" moments and also come in a rez box for easy positioning.
I will help with placement if you find that you are still struggling. This service is free of charge, but dependent on available time.

NB: PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT SIZE SKYPLATFORM FOR YOUR LAND AND THAT IT WILL FIT ONCE REZZED.

Rez Box Instructions.
All PP Designs skyplatforms come in a rez box for easy positioning. The rez box is positioned at the very centre of the skyplatform on top of the grass area where you would stand. Rez the rez box that came in the folder you purchased (eg: Platform Rezzer 62x62...), then choose the option you require from the menu that appears on screen.
~~~~~~~
"Build" - rezzes your skyplatform. Once built you can move the rez box until your skyplatform is in the desired position. Your skyplatform is linked to the rez box until you hit the "Done" button.
~~~~~~~
"Position" - will move your skyplatform back to the correct position in relationship to the rest of your skyplatform and the rez box. Handy if you edited part of your skyplatform and it moved out of position.
~~~~~~~
"Clean" - de-rezzes all parts of the skyplatform. Great if you made a mistake and want to start again.
~~~~~~~
"Done" - This removes all the relevant scripts from your skyplatform so it is no longer linked to the rez box. Do this only when you are happy with the final position of your skyplatform.
~~~~~~~
NB: If you are trying to rez on tight parcel you may find that not all parts of your skyplatform position correctly. You may need to manually delete these parts if "Clean" does not remove them. Then reposition the rez box to allow the "Build" option to function correctly. This must be the very centre of your land if the platform is intended to cover the whole of your parcel. You can practice the "Build" option in a sandbox as all PP Designs skyplatforms are Copy enabled. This may help you to find the best place to rez the rez box. Remember the rez box is at the centre of the skyplatform.
Positioning
To position your skyplatform correctly all you need to do is to rez the rez box at ground level in the very centre of your land. Use the X and Y fields for position in edit and use full metres. The centre of a full sim is at X:128.000, Y:128.000 for example.
Next sit on the rez box and then edit/move it up to the height you would like the platform to be. Add this value to the Z field in edit, X:1500.000 for example. Standup once there, but fly immediately back to the rez box and rez your platform.
To determine the centre of your land you can rez a prim that measures the same as you lands dimensions. A full sim is 256x256m, 1/2 is 128x256m, 1/4 is 128x128m, 1/8 is 64x128, 1/16 is 64x64, 1/32 is 32x64, 1/64 is 32x32 and 1/128 is 16x32.
Turn on property lines so you can see your lands boundaries. Choose a mega prim with x and y values that match the size of your land and rez it aiming roughly at the centre of your land. Move it until it is positioned exactly fitting to the boundary lines. This will be to full metre measurements, ie: X:128.000, Y:128.000 on a full sim or X:224.000, Y:240.000 could be for a 1/32 plot. The figure that this single prim is positioned at is the centre of your land. Keep a note of this figure and use it to place the rez box for your platform.
