[Sleepy Bozer] - Color Chaos

It's a decent tattoo, but where the shoulder connect to the torso, there is a very visible cut off. It also looks like the neck piece was not finished, as it doesn't full go all the way back to a point where it looks like it stops, it just kind of cuts off on the sides of the neck. The last thing I noticed is that the inside of the elbows doesn't have any tattoos. Now maybe this is a preference thing, but the wide open space just doesn't look natural to me. If these issues didn't exist, this tattoo would be perfect. Very feminine and not too gaudy.
