It comes small and the land Impact is 1. If you stretch it to fill a 1x1x1m box, which is about the size it should be, the land impact is 6 which is exactly what the builder said it would be. Maybe it had been changed since the other review. It is good now and has nice detail and high LOD so it does not fall apart when you cam back. Great price for a full rights item.

It good details very nice and all but sadly the size when you rez it out very very small when you go to resize it the prim count is wayyy to much but I can still try find something to do with it may be make to a hunt item where u have to find him lol but it still nice job but prim is the sad part.
