This charming little house is 115 prims. The fireplaces, throw rugs and window seat pillows and candle make up another 34. These can be removed if you need the extra prim allowance.
This beautiful rustic house comes with Paskis doors and keyserver for security.

Fireplaces and candle are touch activated.

The window seat comes with 2 poses, a lying down pose and a meditation pose. Right click on the pillows and select the sit option.
