Good for our use, although a bit odd in places!
It's a nice small cave as the description says and the sculpted rocks around it (optional) are also very good too. Was perfect for our use... And modifiable, so you can scale it and such.
The only odd thing about this. If you want to turn off phantom to make it a physical structure, you can't really use it as such, something weird about the boundary that puts you way in the air if you climb on top of it. So you need to keep it as phantom and build some physical platform.
Also, couldn't get the clickable privacy door to work. Still, it's excellent for the price.
