Here is a small shop building that I used on a beach for a dive shop at one time or another. I have rebuilt it using different textures.
The counter shown in the photos is included in the build. It's all linked together, so just set it out and position it how you want.
It's modifiable, so feel free to change it around or add your own logo to the blank signage.
The footprint is roughly 20 x 15 x 13 counting the sign height.
(The main photo shows what it looks like with a logo on the sign, but yours will be delivered blank so you may customize it with your own logo).
