It comes all neatly tucked away in a rez box for your convenience.

You will need around a 32m - 32m area to rez this house with comfortable spacing.
It dose include outdoor trees and plants.

This house dose not come furnished and is 137 prims in total with the indoor garden.
The garden is in one peace so it can be easily removed if you wish.
