Amazing build
Like, wow. I received this as a gift for a small parcel I have and didn't think it would work considering the size. But I was pleasantly surprised with the low prim/LI and how well the layout is inside it's small confines. Really works if you place things well. Added some pretty doors from other houses I have and boom! a quaint compact cottage. I love it! Thanks for the amazing build AND amazing price to go with it.

this is a very nice and highly editable house; i tinted it, removed the shelves and the stairs and re-textured the interior walls, worked very well, so thank you for this adorable lil thing :)

This house is 8x8. Exactly fits the smallest plots from AMEstates.
