Potential customer: get it. it's $149L at the time of my review, this thing should easily be a 1000+, that's how good it is. Oh and if you're here, check out his swimming hole. that one is a lot of fun and you really need it. Trust this random stranger.
Now the facts: animations are lined up w the object you're sitting on. Attention to detail is pretty damn awesome. Size is about 14x12. Easily modifiable (as far as removing plants). What I did notice, for those not modify savvy, the sitter prim is an invisiprim off of the log. I wouldn't touch the log or the rock arch over the pond unless you want to really offset your sits. But I was able to modify it for my needs without disrupting the animations. This thing isn't just pretty, it's functional. Oh and if you go to place it against a pond you're working on, the rain animation and campfire are in front of the log. Just wanted to share this as a fire rezzing on the water was hysterical.
