Modeled after the small train depot in my hometown, this brick & glass 12x12m depot has only 28 prims. It has a working door, which can be locked if you choose. The real one doesn't have either, but there is plenty of room inside if you wish to put in benches or add a ticket booth.
The Small SLRR Train Depot does not come with the benches or the signal light. They were props used to set the scene for the picture, but I do have them for sale here on Marketplace if you are interested.
