These are a great way to fill in empty spaces on your sim without using a lot of prim, they also make for a cozy home :)

Building 1- one level with one room, 16 prim 12x20m

Building 2- two levels with one room on each level, 28 prim and 12x20m

Building 3- two levels with one room on each level with a second entrance on the back, 29 prim and 12x24m

Building 4- three levels with one room on each level with a second entrance on the back, 36 prim and 12x24m

Material textures were used, you need to have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences to see the added detail.

Kool door scripts were used, as owner you can set the access (owner, group, everyone, list of names) and auto-close time.
