It comes all neatly tucked away in a rez box for your convenience.
This house has a room for kitchen/ dinning, living room and one bedroom. The table and chairs outside have custom poses, three female and 2 male, one av per seat.
Just touch "rez" and move the box to its desired position and click FINNISH! and delete the rez box.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The windows have scripts in them that mean they can't be linked so please use the rez box for positioning before hitting FINNISH on the rez box menu. This will save you a lot of time and fiddling with the loose prims. Reason for the windows not being rezzed is they all open at different times.

You will need around a 80 X 50 area to rez this house with comfortable spacing.
It dose include outdoor plants.
