The Rezzer will rez the main building first. From the Room Control in this building you will be able to rez the other parts, customizing your prim count as you please.

I bought this and was astounded at the quality and workmanship that has gone into it. It is beautiful in every way. I chose to rez in on my land and not in the sky so everyone could see the details from the land as well as inside. Just make sure if you do this that you don't have close neighbours. Buy it you won't be disappointed!
