This item is COPY only. It is resizable via script. I have a larger version with no script that's only LI of 18 so the fact that this one is LI of 29 indicates to me that it's the resizing script that makes it so. My suggestion: resize, then delete the script. Since it's copy only you will be able to rez your copy without affecting the one in your inventory.
