Snack bar or concession stand for your business or parcel. Candy girl gives 18 kinds of candy. Stand also gives popcorn coke ice cream & hot dogs. All hand textured. Mostly mesh so only 17 land impact.

So overall not a bad item, but the simple fact I was sent a no copy no modify no transfer item when it is listed as copy modify no transfer is very misleading.
