Once rezzed the oil healer can only be used one time per bottle with a heal percentage of 25% ...just rez bottle on ground and touch it to heal!
This dispensor is specificly for role play sim owners and/or managers to be placed in specific healing areas. Each bottle will cost players L10 each and will be able to have a copy in inventory. However, using while in combat will not be very easy so good role play rules on how or where to use will make it useful, at the same time it encourages financial support for the role play sim.
