A worn object that changes your crouch walking to a sneaky tiptoe with funny cartoon sounds to go with it. Many have asked for it over the years so here it is whatever. Animation was made long ago by some goon whose name I forget. Remade and offered free for fun.

Honestly Disappointed.
I had seen someone sneaking around hilariously in a sandbox. Due to one of the huds I have, I learned it was this and was pleased to find that the item was free when I searched. Unfortunately when I obtained this, it didn't work. I even removed my AO for good measure. No amusing sound, no animation. It baffles me because I'd seen the item work for someone else mere moments before I had gotten it.
