--------------------------------------------------------------------

How does it work?

Simple!
You type whatever you want on a specified chat channel, ie: /5. (You can set the channel easily to whatever you want. ツ).
The script picks your sentence apart and replaces certain letters, for example, changing any letter "L" it sees, to the letter "R".
The script then says in open chat your message, modified by the script.
It looks as if you were actually saying it! No "Toddler Talker: Name says "Thif if awefome!!""
- It changes the object name to your name whenever you speak, meaning it shows up as "DisplayName says "Thif if even more awefome!!"".
You can easily change which letters you want to change into what via the notecard, it's as simple as saying your ABC's!!
You can change "A" to equal "B", "B" to equal "C", or whatever you want!! It's all decided by you, which allows this to fit in tons of situations!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are some examples:

[01:30:31] Christopher Bradley Imako: "I wove my mommy!" (Toddler Talker) -- Note, it's using my display name. ツ
[01:30:31] [Christopher Kanik - Ch.1]: I love my mommy! (Channel Listener)

[01:32:11] Christopher Bradley Imako: "I wove Toddwew Tawkew!" (Toddler Talker) -- Note, it's using my display name. ツ
[01:32:11] [Christopher Kanik - Ch.1]: I love Toddler Talker! (Channel Listener)

Look at that, that's straight from chat, and the Toddler Talker had already converted and said what I did, BEFORE the channel listener picked up on it and relayed it back to me! It didn't even take a complete second!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Setting it up:

Just wear/attach/add the Toddler Talker once you've unpacked it, and start talking on channel 1, that's all you need to do!!
To talk on a specific channel, type /# at the start of your sentence, for example.. /1 I love Toddler Talker!!

More options & advanced usage:

Changing the channel:
Click the Toddler Talker HUD for a menu to change the channel to anything you want, follow the directions it gives you in the popup menu.

Editing the letters to change:
Right click the Toddler Talker HUD and edit it, go into contents and double click the "Config" notecard. From there you can change the letters, following the format already in there. If you want all your letter A's to change to B's, you'd change where it says A=a to A=b and click "Save" .. it's that simple!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

RLV Support:

Included is two other Toddler Talkers that support RLV.
If you enabled RLV on these Toddler Talkers, you can type as you normally would without having to enter a channel first, RLV will automatically redirect your chat to the Toddler Talker channel and convert it from there. This is nice for people who want to use it, but forget to type the /# first.
If you need help enabling RLV, please contact Lilliana Drachios or myself.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Other notes:

In the box is four Toddler Talkers, one of them is a Display Name Version, and then another copy of each for RLV support as well.
The reason for having a separate one for display names is that scripts/ objects don't seem to be able to handle special characters which are extremely popular in display names the way that they should, and it'll make your name show "?????"
Try with the display name version, say something, and if it comes back as ??????? ... then switch to the other version.
I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about this, it's just a limitation when it comes to L/SL.

Good

But a better idea would be that you could set the name it gives you so you can change it to your title name without the characters

I like this a lot. There are some advantages and disadvantages.
The advantages: You can speak like a toddler without having to think about it. If you have RLV enabled, it changes whatever you type in local into toddler speak. You can customize what each letter turns in to. The hud is small. It can use display names to show what you type.
The disadvantages: It cannot do everything the exact same way you may type it. You can only make letters exchange for one another...For example TH cannot turn to D. This does make it difficult because certain letter combinations sound differently than the individual letters. It does not recognize all the special characters I used in my display name, but that's easily fixed by changing it back to normal letters. As you are not actually saying what it says, your chat will show up in green letters (at least in my viewer) as it is an object talking. It's not that big of a deal, just something to be aware of. You have to remember to remove the hud if you need to sound like an adult.
Overall I really like it. I'll probably use it, or would if I couldn't type how I want to pretty much without thinking about it (okay, entirely without thinking about it, as the first page of my last paper for school proved -.-). It's cheap, easy, and really cool!

This product is good but not for me. It's hard to match how I speak as a tot anyway haha. I am so used to typing tot speak I hardly ever use adult words when typing haha. I'm sorry and this isn't a bad report, it's clever... just really... not my cup of tea! :)
