This vehicle can carry two people - one driver and one passenger. First rez the vehicle on the ground. Then, the driver should click and choose 'Ride' first, then the passenger does the same. Driver will be seated next to the snowman, and passenger holding onto the lamppost.
When you are done, the driver needs to stand up before the passenger will be able to leave the globe. The reason for this is that when it's moving, the globe needs to be a physical object to interact with the environment. When the driver stands up, it becomes a phantom object, allowing the avatars to walk through and out of it.
