Just wear this snowball, then shoot in mouselook and try to hit one. The ball has a push effect inside, so better not to use at shopping malls^^

Use At Your Own Risk
On impact, the snow ball rezzes tons of cone-shaped prims. If it gets stuck on a prim in place, it won't die, producing prims until you reach the prim limit for the parcel.
I can only classify it as a low grade griefing tool.
