Snowman Christmas lamp can stand by a fireplace or outside by your door.
Christmas decorations and an animated elf sit at the bottom.
Once you take it out of your inventory, just touch between the Elf's legs to start animation.

To stop animation (not that anyone would want to), bring it back into your inventory and put back out when you need it.

Please don't listen instructions about turning it off. Those are instructions for the Elf that is not linked.
