Useless really as a full perm

Item is a decent item. so I gave it 3 stars BUT When you think full perm you think of items you can use in your builds even for re-sell, but when you open the contents it has a notecard strictly forbidding using it in a re-sell fashion...even if you put in a build you did for re-sell its not permitted. So for me thats not really 'FULL permissions'.

Also can use both at the same time, or just open the tree and decide snowy tree or pile of snow to use =3 tyy
