Very special shaped parasol with holding animation, to celebrate July 4th. It's good for all of your blue, white or red gowns. Somethimes, for example if you tp to another sim, if your avatar does not hold the parasol, only click to the parasol, and your avatar will hold it. Perfect for role play in all victorian sims.
