✔AREA: change the area range:
Parcel: full parcel - land & sky (will automatically detect the land borders & will not go beyond)
Parcel Owner: Full Parcels with same owner in the region - land & sky (if there are multiple lands in the same region)
Region: Full Region - land & sky.. Infinite range.
✔LIST: list all detected avatars in the area (radar)
✔MSG: send a private message to ALL or to 1 avatar (dialog + chat)
Choose 'Edit Msg' to change the message.
NOTE: The message is sim-wide, It will reach the target avatar everywhere in the sim!
✔GIVE: give inventory items to ALL or to 1 avatar (notecard / landmark / texture / object)
NOTE: No message will be sent along with inventory items (independent)

How to Give Items?
inventory items (1 of each type) must be placed in the content of the hud
✔GREET: say hello to someone or to ALL
//Private: only 1 avatar will see the message, everywhere in the sim
//Public: everyone will see the message within 20 meters
✔WELCOME: welcome someone or ALL
✔INVITE: invite someone or ALL to join group (the same group that the hud is set to)
