This doesn't look bad, but has crazy-high Land Impact and Display-Weight/Complexity. The basic model is gigantic, and depends on the rigging to get ti down to avatar size.

It doesn't look so bad, and it's cheap, but it's the sort of item which slows down a region when it arrives.
