[Solo] - C4T Collar

The C4T Collar is a cyberpunk-y sleek little metal collar, with neon detailing around the rims.
The collar comes with copy/mod/no trans permissions, so you can freely tweak and colour these to your heart's content! You can even turn the neon glow off and colour it the same as the collar itself if you want a simple look instead.

This collar is scripted with the Peanut No. 9 Collar scripts, so it comes with all the usual fun stuff, including leashing!
