I needed a two bay building for rescue equipment on my land and this fits the bill nicely. Having the second floor is just bonus space for me. No regrets.
Neat little Station
Neat little fire station, we use it for our shuttle landing plattform, at the moment with the TRV inside which also fits perfectly in it.
its nicely build and low prims so perfect also for low prims sims or if you need a small 2nd outpost for a fire brigade or also for a ambulance department
