We spotted a clock like this in what looked like a sketch of an embroidered depiction of an art deco room, and we just had to bring it to life. Once too often we called it the tall, skinny clock, and decided it needed a more exotic name. A friend suggested we call it Sovany, which means "skinny" in his homeland of Hungary.
