The simplistic and clean retro styling coupled to a practically nonexistent price tag make this a solid winner in my book.
This has just replaced a couple of seriously expensive "high end" houses on my parcel. I love it!
It's very simplistic and will need some decorating and personalisation, but don't let that scare you (I've re-coloured mine gloss black with white accents and a mostly wooden interior).
This is the first house I've bought that is not furnished, and frankly, I'm LOVING decorating such a unique place.
