NOTE
To rez the house just place the rezzer box and rotate it taking care that the house and all objects will be rezzed in the direction of the arrow picture at the top face of the rezzer box.
The recommended parcel size is just a recommendation. Verify that the parcel is large enough and it supports at least 331 prims before your purchase.
Avoid to rez fishes by cloning them without the use of script that run on the water prim, otherwise you can lose them outside the pool.
