wonderful little cottage specially designed for the smallest land: 256 sqm.
It has two floors, one room per floor.
They are 14 m wide rooms. x 14 m. All the walls are inclusive of large windows so that the gaze can wander.
Of course, privacy is guaranteed. It is in fact possible to adjust the opacity of the glasses from 0 to completely opaque both in view from the outside and from the inside (independently).
Three color choices for the window panes: blue, brown, white.

The house is equipped with a Connected Security and Management System that allows the management of the door, lights, glass, and the ejection system (orbit) already installed in the house.
