This approved art-studio with 22x22m offers a huge area of white walls to hang pictures and present them to visitors. It can be used as a private studio space or as a public gallery. I am active in the art scene in SL since 10 years and I know, what is needed. Gallerists can use several studios to rent them to artists. 18 prims mean an eco-friendly building and there will be enough prims left to show artwork. The 4 goodies (picture-frame with an artwork example by Asmita, chair with sitting poses, mesh-art-tree by Asmita, bathtube with flowing hot water and poses) can be used or not and might inspire the inhabitants.
The idea of a container studio is based on a RL-construction, which I have visited some years ago: http://www.hybridhomes.lk/first-hybrid-house/hybrid-villa. The art-studio can be imagined to consist of 4 shipping containers, arranged for living and working purposes.

This studio is awesome for living and showing art - I am a musician and collect art. Now I have a home, where I can show my collection in a perfect way.

It is not too big and not too small and can be personalized - finally I can show my photo-collection to others and live with my favourites.
