Web shooting device attached to your wrist. Spiderweb your way through the city while doing spider guy stuff!
Ok! first of all you need to be in a rez and script enable sim/parcel.
Aim(better in mouselook) for any surface and shoot using C (or page down maybe, but who uses page down anyways right?) and HOLD IT to be dragged to that spot the spiderweb is stick to, like the real Human Spider guy!!
If you aim for an avatar, you'll drag that persom towards you.
Cool sounds an spiderweb FX for more spidey fun!
Aaaaand for some random reason, I scripted the web throw with 100 Linden Damage for Damage enabled sims, just because idk.

Didn't Work
Tried in rez and script-allowed land. Not sure if new viewer, if SL broke physics, it doesn't work above a certain height, or if the planets fell out of alignment since the last reviews, but I couldn't get this to work at all.
I can hardly be mad since it was only a single linden, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe you'll have better luck. It's only a linden so you've got nothing to lose.

Please consider developing this further, or putting the script on sale for a higher price, as this is truly something special.
