This is the first training device to come out of the 2tone Weapons labs.
This is a rotating bell (with spikes) designed to help train new fighters
as well as give veteran fighters a work out. Features:
* Works with GM, GLM, and CCS combat meters (for giving damage NOT Community Combat System Compatible).
* The pell when turned on will give trap damage to any person touching the pell or being hit with one of its spiked "arms"
* Will indicate the number of successful hits.
* Damage can be turned off and on at will.
* User can control the rotation speed and direction.
* All configuration options available from a dialog box accessed by touching the pell.

How to use:
* Put the pell on the ground and place it the position you desire.
* A range target is provided with this package. Place it on the ground and then put the bell in the middle of the traget.
* Access the configuration menu by clicking on the pell.
SZ/CCS/GM/GLM - Sets the mode to SZ, CCS, or GM/GLM meters.
DC ON/DC OFF - Turns GM/GLM dynamic communications channel on or off
Low Spam/High Spam - Control the amount of information that the pell will report back to the user.
Disarm/Arm - Indicates whether the pell will damage or not.
Help - gives you this help note card
Reset - Resets the pell.
ROT Fast/ROT Slow/ROT Fast - Sets the rotation speed of the pell.
ROT CW,ROT CCW - Set the rotation of the pell to clockwise or counter clockwise.
Stats - Current settings for the pell.
Once set up all you need to do is attack it with a weapon that is set up to harm objects. When you hit the counter will advance by one. If the pell or the arms of the pell hit you you will take damage.
