This is intended to rezz inworld, but can also be attached. It will not cause lag - low load and very smooth. It can be worn as an avatar by attaching this along with your body/head alphas .
The ~Spooked~ effects are subtle. They do not move, but rather just appear slowly, glow and then fade.
