This particular build has restrictions of no modifications or the ability to be copied, but you may transfer it to a friend if you wish, with the knowledge of course that YOU WILL lose the building.
The no modifications settings is to ensure that the building remains at it's correct land impact size, and to keep you from accidentally messing the textures out of place. The textures have been set in place using a uv mapping setup within the program Blender 3 D.
