Customer Service is Lacking
I purchased this beautiful home Nov. 2, 2016 and asked for some help on doors that didn't open correctly. I sent 3 notecards over the next month and have yet to get a reply from the creator (Dec.25 today, so it has been almost 2 months) The work looks beautiful but being able to use doors to get in the house is important. If you can sell it, you should really support it if it is not working correctly. I will be happy to remove my review if someone contacts me about this issue. I have been extremely patient.
