This is an outfit made with St. Patrick's Day in mind. It comes with a skirt, puff sleeves, top hat, cane, ruffled gloves, garter and fishnet stockings.

I am able to wear mesh and BoM and this had some kind of post piercing me through the bodice and I couldnt get it out until I removed the bodice and oh by the way I had to relog and choose a saved outfit to get that bodice off of my av. I was not happy at all and yes its getting filed in the trash!
