This includes two versions, one will randomly spit out different colors. The other will let you change the color your self.
How to change the colors?
All you need to do is wear the sparkler with the name custom colors then say in local chat /2 yourcolorin_vectorform.
What is vector?
Vector is how SL knows about the color. If you want more details you can look here for some color examples:
/2 <0.941, 0.071, 0.745> <==== this is pink
/2 <0.000, 0.455, 0.851> <==== this is blue
/2 <RED,GREEN,BLUE><==== this is how its formatted it must be numbers.
