[S2S] Starfleet 2399 Admiralty Uniform (Signature)

This uniform has been patterned those seen in Star Trek: Picard. It includes everything pictured:

• Uniform Tunic
• Trousers
• Boots
• Commbadge
• Rank Pin configuration (displays all Admiralty Ranks)
• HUD for changing rank
• Alpha layer for Classic avatars

This uniform is canonical (that is, it is screen-accurate to the one that appeared in the show).

Everything is 100% hand-made mesh, and rigged for the Signature Gianni mesh body. The ensemble also works well with Classic avatars (an alpha layer is included). Since everything except head, neck and hands are covered when all components are worn, the uniform should work with most other mesh bodies.
