Welcome to the Starland family of Aerospace and Aviation products. The Starland Modular Space Station (SMSS) is a versatile collection of modules designed to fit well in virtually any space based home or role play environment. The starter pack contains all of the basic modules needed for a a single level space station, laid out to fit your needs. We also have a wide variety of advanced modules that can be purchased as add ons for more specific requirements.
The SMSS system features an auto-rezzing system that allows you to build out your station by simply selecting a desired module from a menu and have it positioned automatically based on the existing module position. Once the initial module is placed, the remaining modules will be built off of the initial module.

* The Airlock hatch and Observation Port are not capable of rezzing additional modules and should not be used for initial rezzing.
With this starter pack, you get everything you need to build a basic single level space station with hubs to connect other modules, small and large rooms that can be furnished to fit your needs an airlock door that can be used to add your own docking collar to arriving ships and an observation port with windows.
The server, which can be worn as a HUD or left in world is also included, already loaded with the initial modules so you can start building your station immediately.

Starland products are structurally modifiable so you can adjust textures as you wish and even edit them so long as you do not change the root prim, connector prims or door positions.

So easy, a caveman could do it
I never thought I'd be setting up my own space station in sl but here I am with the help of Starland. I only have three modules out so far, but I am so excited how cool it's coming out. Dont overthink the rezzing like I did. It is really so simple - rezz the FIRST hub out, and from there you can actually do it from inside the hub, rezzing out pieces as you go. So brilliant and simple. Great for figuring out the lay of the station in a small-ish land area. I'm looking forward to buying more pieces, thank you!!!
Realistic space station
Excellent. I have used this system to build a large sim-wide space station, then surrounded it with a 256 sq meter starry globe to create the illusion of being in outer space. (Anyone wanting to see all this in action, contact me (Jonton Lorefield) in world and I’ll TP you over to take a look.)
