A blanket of water, adorned with branches and flowers that is worn on the avatar center.

This is an unrigged mesh (not animesh!) The water gently cascades on to the ground using a texture animation.

The Winter edition of the cape DOES move, it does so incredibly slowly as to resemble ice.☄️ A soft magical aura also travels down the water, to add that extra bit of sparkle! ✨
